Template:Items (Original) Blue Mushrooms are items in Spyro: Shadow Legacy that gives Spyro MP points, enabling him to perform more Chi attacks. They are found in the Shadow Realm dropped by Shadow Minions when killed, or alternatively in the Bear Forest.
