The Kerfuffle is a plant that grows high up in the top on the limbs of the trees in the fairy-areas of the Treetops world, in Spyro: Shadow Legacy. It was referred to as the ultimate healer and the balm of balms by the fairy Aqua, due to it being the only thing that could heal a fairy from anything. One leaf per fairy.
After the fairies had been scrambled in their signals by the Shadow Realm, Zoe tasked Spyro with finding the leaves from this plant for them, due to themselves not being able to do it.
