The Wizards are inhabitants of the Dragon Realms, residing atop the Mountain of Magic in Spyro: Shadow Legacy. They praise the Dragon race as highly beings. However, the Wizards assume that the fairies are bad, and soon believe them to be the cause of the Shadow Realm.
