A Breeze Builder is shown holding a stick with a flame on it. He lights up the boiler under the machine. Unknowingly, a Spitting Land Blubber looks at the fire. The Breeze Builder, then blows out the fire on his stick, having no more use for it. The Spitting Land Blubber spits water at the fire under the boiler, shutting the machine down, which surprises the Breeze Builder. The Land Blubber laughs at the Breeze Builder, before hiding in his bucket. The Breeze Builder, upset and annoyed, picks up the bucket. The Land Blubber pokes its head out, and spits water at the Breeze Builder, making him drop the Land Blubber, who hops away in his bucket.

Soldier, the forces are depending on you to lead the fight to regain the base! To do this, you had to visit each of the Breeze Builders' machines, kill every Land Blubber there and restore fire with your Flame Breath. After that, you had to make it toward the Breeze Builder ship and start it up. The Breeze Builders will now be ready to initiate their counterattack on Zephyr, so march proudly out.

A cannon is shown with two Breeze Builders, putting a Spitting Land Blubber at the end of it. One of them gets on the cannon, and points it at the two Firefighter Land Blubbers. The two Land Blubbers point back to one another, not wanting to get hit. The Breeze Builder fires the cannon with the Spitting Land Blubber in it, and one of the Firefighter Land Blubbers is knocked off the platform, again.

There is a glitch that on the stairs leading to the pool, on the stair where the water is the shallowest but still there, charging into the stair and the wall will eventually cause Spyro to swim around in midair, which is essentially an easier version of flying.
