They seem to be related to the Ice Builders of Crystal Glacier, due to their similar appearance.
Known Characters
The most famous Bonebuilder is Ooga, who's best known for the sidequest involving finding the Lava Toads that stole the bones of his best friend Mr. Bones. The duo made a cameo in Year of the Dragon, at the Enchanted Towers, where they take a vacation. They are the only Bonebuilders to appear in that particular game.
