The Jackhammer Rhynocs[1] are Rhynocs that appeared in the Enchanted Towers, a realm in Spyro: Year of the Dragon. They are purple rhynocs that wear an orange vest and yellow safety helmet like those worn by builders. They are always seen riding around on jackhammers, attempting to run over Spyro or Sgt. Byrd, but can be defeated in any way (depending on who is under control by the player). However, when defeated, their jackhammer explodes, making charging dangerous.

Trivia
- When Spyro or Sgt. Byrd are far enough from them, the player can see them riding their jackhammers, trying to crush sheep, which are the fodder in this stage.
