Citizen Paulus is a resident in Sunny Villa, as seen in Spyro: Year of the Dragon. He's found right next to the gate between the beginning and end of the level. He's seen running back and forth between two rhynocs in fear. However when Spyro takes a Rhynoc out he confidently states that after he catches his breath he'll kick the other one's butt. When Spyro kills the other one he'll say that they both took them out, and that if they hadn't outnumbered him, he would have taken them out ages ago.
