Crystal Flowers[1] are found in Crystal Islands in Spyro: Year of the Dragon. They are seen pounding their fist into the ground and creating a shock-wave as a means of defense. If it hits you, then it's probably going to hurt! The way to avoid being hit by the shock-wave is to jump over it and destroy the creature. The only way of defeating this creature is by flame.
