Ripple the Seahorse is a seahorse who lives in Aquaria Towers in Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!. He resides at the point where Spyro enters the level.
He tells Spyro that the Water Workers have drained all the water from his home, and asks him to help get it back by activating the switches the Water Workers are guarding.
