Spitting Cobras are enemies that are exclusive to Agent 9's sub level of Haunted Tomb from Spyro: Year of the Dragon. They can easily defeated by one of Agent 9's laser beams he shoots from his gun, or a explosive rock he receives from three of the Mummy Earthshapers.
They are difficult in groups, and have a good range with their venom breath, it is advised to take out the baskets they spawn from.

Trivia
- These enemies are only exclusive to this part of level and cannot be accessed by Spyro, unless through hacking or by GameShark codes.
- In the game's original epilogue, Agent 9's tail turns into a Spitting Cobra as a result of the curse placed on him by one of the Egyptian Dogs.
