Squawk the Breezebuilder is a Breezebuilder who lives in Breeze Harbor in Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!. He congratulated Spyro on lighting up all the boilers in his homeworld by rewarding him with a magic gear and raising the exit portal back to Autumn Plains.
He then says that the Breezebuilders can now launch a counter-attack against Zephyr, therefore continuing the war between the two clans of creatures.
