Template:CharacterboxCrabs are enemies in Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!, Spyro: Year of the Dragon, Spyro: A Hero's Tail and the Spyro Reignited Trilogy. They come in red and orange.
The red crabs could be found in Aquaria Towers and Lost Fleet and the blue ones are in the final race track sub-area. When they catch eyesight of an enemy they will run towards them and snap their pincers fast. When they die, they break into pieces. They were also hatched from eggs spat out by the boss Scorch.
The orange crabs could be found in Coastal Remains alongside some blue, bigger counterparts.
Spyro can charge, flame or electrify them.

Trivia
- Despite the enemy models being remodeled with high polygons on the Reignited Trilogy, their appearance has differences from the original Spyro trilogy including the claws in some ways resembling the top horn part of the ripped paper seen on later prints of the Frazzle song and Muppet-ish eyes.
