Bartholomew is Bentley's younger brother. He is a yeti, just like his older brother. He makes appearances in Spyro: Year of the Dragon and Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly, which is the only time that Spyro actually meets him. He generally is there to provide tips to Bentley and/or Spyro. Little else is known about him, other than he will get his older brother to get his ball back if he has to. He proves this by appearing in Frozen Altars in Year of the Dragon along with Bentley. Bentley must fight another yeti. One victory results in an egg. The second victory results in an egg also. Both victories without losing results in a Skill Point.

*A discarded aspect is seen for Bartholomew in his concept art for the Spyro Reignited Trilogy, the notable differences are that: he had a lock of hair on his forehead, his face was not blue and was more similar to that of Bentley, his horns were further apart, his head was square and his tennis shoes were red and untied, plus they had a round logo on the tongue.

*Possibly due to censorship, in the Latin dub of the Reignited Trilogy, he doesn't say the word "stupid" when getting the second egg in the boxing match minigame, instead he says Tonto huevo (dumb egg).
*In the Spyro 3 portion of the Spyro Reignited Trilogy, Bartholomew has a smart phone, but he is only shown using it in Bentley's Outpost. He'll even pull it out to check his notifications while in mid-conversation.
