Template:Characterbox Template:Q Bakari is a dragon from Dream Weavers imprisoned in the realm of Dark Passage. He first appeared in Spyro the Dragon, and is one of the few elderly dragons who isn't senile. He is also the only elder dragon that Spyro responds positively to (possibly because he doesn't start telling a story).
In the Reignited Trilogy, Bakari has a deeper blue scale color with whimsical swirl patterns on his body. His underbelly has changed to more of a violet color. His head is dominated by a single large horn with a Nightcap at the tip and a sleeping mask at the base. Additional horns on his cheeks and chin are also adorned with nightcaps. Around his neck is a scarf, and around his wrists are golden bracelets. His wings are adorned with cozies, and he appears to be wearing large sheep slippers. He also carries a staff.
Trivia
- In the late demo, Bakari doesn't exist at all inside his crystal-prison.
- Lofty Castle's theme was played when released.
- In the Reignited Trilogy, Bakari sounds strikingly similar to the character Ford Cruller from the game, Psychonauts. Fitting, considering David Kaye plays both characters.
- David Kaye is well-known for providing the voice of Clank, from Insomniac's Ratchet & Clank series, which came after their work on the Spyro series.
