Gildas is an Artisans dragon found in Stone Hill at the top of a tower. He continues the "tutorial" portion of the game by explaining gliding.

Physical Appearance

Original Design (1998)

Gildas is a robin egg blue dragon with a pale yellow underbelly and red wings. He shares the same character model as Argus, Darius, Devlin and Alvar.

Reignited Design (2018)

In the Spyro Reignited Trilogy, Gildas appears to be a spontaneous artist, wearing an apron, has glasses and is carrying a giant paintbrush. He has hair and a beard that resembles a lion's mane and he has got splotches of paint on himself, his wings, tail, and apron. Additionally, Gildas appears less heavy and has a slightly hunched over physique.
