While in the original game, Kasiya is somewhat overweight and green-ish and sandy in colour and is standing upright, in Spyro Reignited Trilogy, he appears pink in colour with a blue-ish/green-ish stomach. He balances himself on his thick tail while balancing a golden flask on his stomach. He also wears blue wrist-armor, leg-warmers and a blue nightcap with holes to his horns, and the left side of his face is marked.

- In the late demo, Kasiya doesn't exist at all inside his crystal-prison.
- His name, "Kasiya" means "Goodness" in Filipino language.
