When Spyro freed him from his captivation in the realm Tree Tops, Jed complimented the young dragon on his amazing supercharge, but Spyro became a little irritated at Jed for being in a remote spot.
In the Spyro Reignited Trilogy, Jed has large feathery wings, while most dragons have leathery ones. He also wears shaman-like attire, with eye-shaped decorations and a staff with a beak on top.
