Template:CharacterboxTornado Wizards[1] are enemies who create tornadoes to attack Spyro with. Spyro must dodge the tornadoes; he could flame and charge the wizards to defeat them. In High Caves, these Tornado Wizards and the Blue Wizards are constantly fighting. The boss Blowhard, is an improved version of these wizards. They only appeared in Spyro the Dragon.
