In the original, he's deep voiced and excited. In Spyro Reignited Trilogy, he is now calmer and more quiet. He appears to be a teacher, with small purple tinted glasses, wears a purple scarf, has a belt with potion bottles, and is reading from a book.

- In the June 15th Prototype, Cedric's dialogue is displayed as text, and his dialogue is different: Thank you for releasing me. Superdash may help you in more than just jumping far.
- Cedric is also trapped next to the exit vortex instead of further away as he is in the final.
