Halvor is a Peace Keepers dragon who first appeared in Spyro the Dragon.
In Spyro Reignited Trilogy, he doesn't stand on all four, instead bending over while holding a closed fist to his side and carrying a large wooden staff-like stick with a huge metallic hammer-like object attached to the top. He also wears belt-like pouches around his waist. He also has armor on his wrists.

- In the late demo, Halvor is brown.
- In the demo, his scene is slowed down making speech sound demon-like, cutting off at the beginning of his reply to Spyro.
