He can be found in Dark Passage. From where you rescued Apara, go up the steps and from the top, glide to the platform with the three Demon Dogs. From here, glide to the next platform and at the end awaits Obasi.
In Spyro Reignited Trilogy, Obasi appears to have yellow crystals attached to his tail, is wielding a walking stick and wears purple gloves and a nightcap that cover his eyes and hangs down his back.

- In the late demo, Obasi doesn't exist at all inside his crystal-prison.
