Ivor (イボル=バトロジーン in Japanese) is a Peace Keepers dragon who is found in Dry Canyon.

In the late demo, Ivor's dialogue is extremely slowed down, sounds demon-like and doesn't catch up with real-time, cutting off mid-speech.
