Template:Characterbox Strongarms are enemies that appeared only in Spyro the Dragon, and stationed in Tree Tops and Metalhead realms. They can be defeated by flaming on them.
They attack Spyro by kicking him if he's nearby to them, in the realm - Metalhead, they throw their Banana Boys at Spyro, also when Metalhead boss battles Spyro, it throws Strongarms at him and can be used to destroy the pylons which power Metalhead.
They are associated with the Banana Boys. As evidenced in their name, they have long arms.
