Gnasty's Loot is a level in Spyro the Dragon.
Gnasty's Loot is the third and final realm of the Gnorc Gnexus home world, as well as the final level of Spyro the Dragon, where Gnasty Gnorc kept his stash of gems. This bonus level can be found in Gnorc Gnexus and it can only be accessed when 100% progress has been reached (all Gems collected, all Dragons freed and all Dragon Eggs collected in the whole game). This is the only level that allows you to fly freely.

Features and overview
The centerpiece of this final level Gnasty's Loot is a huge mountainside with factories and castle-like buildings built within. Inside the mountain is a tunnel with river lava inside. Among them is one small castle on the cliff in this area where Gnasty Gnorc hid his vast treasure of Gems.
Gnasty's Loot is a secret level appearing in Gnorc Gnexus, and it is also the very last level. Spyro can access the level once he has 100% completion, by freeing every dragon, collecting the first 12,000 gems, and collecting every Dragon Egg. As the name suggests, Gnasty's Loot is where Gnasty Gnorc stored the stolen Dragon Treasure. Gnasty's Loot has 2,000 gems, which is the most of any level. Completing the level earns the player a 120% completion score. The only enemies of Gnasty's Loot are the four thieves. In Gnasty's Loot, Spyro can fly for an unlimited amount of time, making it the only level outside of flights where Spyro can do this. Spyro is limited to how high he can fly, so to reach higher areas, Spyro must defeat the thieves to obtain their key and unlock the respective doors along the way. Spyro has more freedom with his flight once he reaches the highest peaks of Gnasty's Loot. When Spyro completes the level, the secret ending is shown. It hints at the return of Gnasty Gnorc.

When you begin the level, there will be an altitude limit to how far up Spyro can fly. To get to higher grounds, unlock the doors by capturing the Thieves. This level has the largest amount of Gems in the game, except that there are no Dragons or Dragon Eggs to reclaim. It is considered the Bonus Level of Spyro the Dragon. This level is one of the native habitats of Thieves. When the level is nearly completed (near the vortex), there is a room that has a "wall of fame" portrait of Gnasty Gnorc that's filled with purple gems inside fireworks crates.

Trivia
Trivia
*The gems in the level are vaguely referenced in the opening sequence where a dragon tries to recall whether there are 12,000 or 14,000 gems in total.
*Gnasty's Loot is one of the four levels of the game whose portal is hidden within a dragon head, the other three of the four being Toasty, Twilight Harbor and Gnasty Gnorc.
*Gnasty's Loot is one of the only two levels not to contain crystal dragons, the other level is Gnasty Gnorc.
*This is the only level to contain more than 500 gems in Spyro the Dragon (a total of 2000 gems, all have yellow and purple gems), thus making this the level containing the most gems.
*In the unreleased June 1998 prototype, this level defaults to using the name "BOSS" (despite not containing a boss), it uses Dark Hollow's music, is textured differently, features no keyholes on the locked doors, there's no picture of Gnasty Gnorc, and Spyro can only fly as high as the last platform he had landed on (even after reaching higher platforms).
*In the Spyro Reignited Trilogy, Gnasty’s Loot seems to have more of a significance to Gnasty himself and may be where he resides. His room features a couch, and in the opening cutscene, this room can be seen as where he is when he casts his spell to freeze the dragons.

Gnasty's Loot
Game(s): Spyro the Dragon (game)
Spyro Reignited Trilogy
Home World: Gnorc Gnexus
Enemies: Thieves
Gems: 2000

Gnasty's Loot is the third and final realm of the Gnorc Gnexus home world, as well as the final level of Spyro the Dragon, where Gnasty Gnorc kept his stash of gems. This bonus level can be found in Gnorc Gnexus and it can only be accessed when 100% progress has been reached (all Gems collected, all Dragons freed and all Dragon Eggs collected in the whole game). This is the only level that allows you to fly freely.
