Sensei is a Dragon Elder who appeared in Spyro: Shadow Legacy, though he first appeared in the first game. His real name is Ragnar, but he hates to be called that. He is the master of Dragon Kata and taught Spyro how to use it when the Shadow Realm threatened the world.

- Sensei (known as Ragnar in the past) was colored blue and a Peace Keeper dragon when he was trapped in crystal in the Ice Cavern in the first game. Due to new designs, he is now an ordinary brown dragon.
