Sunglasses are an item used to protects ones eyes against the Sun. They are usually worn over the eyes, but sometimes sit on the hair if worn but unused. They can also be used for the purpose of making oneself look cool.
The misguided evil shaman Doctor Shemp wears sunglasses and thinks he looks cool, driving the dragon Trondo insane.
Spyro owns a pair of sunglasses and used them during his interview with Bob for the Dragon News Network after having found all the missing treasure and having defeated Gnasty Gnorc as well as having freed all the dragons from being trapped in crystal.
Spyro found a pair of sunglasses in Dragon Village that he returned to the mole Willard in Moleville.
In the Spyro Reignited Trilogy, a sunglasses cheat code was included for Spyro to wear sunglasses.
