Story

Gnasty Gnorc's Revenge

Magnus, along with most of the other Dragons, has been turned into a Crystal statue. He was freed by Spyro, who was the only Dragon to have avoided the trasformation due to his small size. Magnus also reminded Spyro about his pal, Sparx the Dragonfly. He hints the young dragon that feeding the young dragonfly will restore his health.

Later on, Magnus went to the Gnorc Gnexus along with a few other dragons to try and confront Gnasty Gnorc on their own, but he was imprisoned again. After Spyro defeated Gnasty Gnorc, he freed Magnus, who told him about the Gnasty's Loot where Gnasty has keeps most of his treasure, but confirmed that to enter the treasure hoard, Spyro must find every gem and rescue every dragon.

A Hero's Tail

Several years later, Magnus reappeared at the Crocovile Swamp, where he taught Spyro how to pole spin.

In the secret ending, he was shown watching TV with the other elders. He mistook Astor's insult as an offer for a sandwich, causeing the green Dragon Elder to call him a deaf coot. He still thought he was getting a sandwich when Tomas and Titan agreed to turn the TV off, by saying he wanted baloney on his.

Shadow Legacy

Magnus teaches Spyro Shield and Critical Hits moves after he is saved by Spyro from the Shadow Realm.
